9:30 AM on July 22, 2015, Microbac personnel, under Chain of Custody procedure, gathered water from Inner Harbor and began testing 10:30 AM. NABAS Team was present to ensure proper operation of NABAS equipment and did not participate in the testing. (see attached Microbac report).
