Although Mr. Lee has educational backgrounds in philosophy and law, he always had a knack for aligning technology with business strategy and process. An agent for change management with a get-it-done attitude, Mr. Lee was eager to seize the opportunity to bring NABAS technology to the global market. One of his many mottos, “innovation via collaboration,” describes both the infrastructure of the company and his business strategy. Mr. Lee brings to the company his passion for environment remediation with past experiences in banking and IT, having worked with global companies such as The Aspen Group, Center Bank, Ford Motors and Gateway 2000. Mr. Lee was in 3rd grade when his family immigrated to U. S. in 1972.

Mr. Miller was one of the charter members of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and National Director for Water Enforcement and Permits. During his tenure at EPA from 1968-1980, Mr. Miller also held a position as Lt. Commander in the US Public Health Services from 1968-1972. Since leaving the government, Mr. Miller has been involved in the private sector on cases of national significance and engaged in public interest matters related to the global water situation.
Mr. Miller is the author of two books: The Clean Water Handbook (2nd Ed.) and NPDES Permit Handbook (2nd Ed.). He has spoken at MIT and Harvard Law School about the history and legal issues surrounding the Clean Water Act and other water related issues.
Mr. Miller is presently Senior Counsel at the law firm Sullivan & Worcester LLP and Senior Advisor at Dawson & Associates. As a co-founder and Board Member of US EPA Alumni Association and a Founder and Board Member for Water Resources Action Project (WRAP), he remains active in the environmental arena.

Ms. Groover has over 20 years of extensive experience providing government relations, business development, and strategic communications solutions for US and international businesses and organizations. Ms. Groover served for over a decade on Capitol Hill as senior aide to House Armed Services Committee Chairman Floyd Spence and Congressman Joe Wilson, specializing in military, homeland security, nuclear, technology, budget, tax, and trade issues. She leverages an extensive network of contacts in industry, federal and state government to build coalitions that advance market and investment opportunities for client companies.
Ms. Groover is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, where she served on the International Law Committee. She is the recipient of the South Carolina National Guard Palmetto Patriot Award and the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels.

Dave Roberts is the Senior Vice President of Revenue Strategy & Solutions at Marriott. In this role, he is responsible for Revenue Management strategy and execution, for all hotels worldwide, across all brands. He also leads Revenue Analytics, providing topline analysis for the company, as well as impact assessment of our sales & marketing activities. Finally, he is responsible for Sales Systems, providing strategy, development, and deployment,of technology to drive and manage group business at Marriott hotels. Prior to this role, in addition to leading Revenue Management, he also led the Consumer Insights department, providing consumer research and analytics for regional leadership. Dave has also been Regional Vice President of Market Strategy for Marriott’s Eastern Region, and Vice President of Global Pricing, in addition to several other roles in the company.
Prior to Marriott, he worked at American Airlines, where he was a manager in the Finance Department, working on airplane purchases and route economics. He also worked for three years for the Pentagon as a technical consultant on missile defense, as part of the “Star Wars” initiative. He holds a U.S. Patent on a software product, and has published several academic papers on such topics as forecasting, options pricing, and customer choice modeling.
In his spare time, he enjoys martial arts and astronomy.
